Form I-9 Is Mandatory for Each New Employee
Federal law requires employers to verify that all new employees are eligible to work in the United States. Neglecting to do so can result in stiff penalties.

This version has the 06/30/08 expiration date and is still compliant. However, the new version of Form I-9 with the 2009 expiration date is available for pre-order.
